Fidgeting May Improve Cardiovascular Health

Medical research has found that remaining stationary for long periods, such as at a work desk, reduces blood flow to the legs and can have adverse cardiovascular health effects. However, research from the University of Missouri suggests that simply fidgeting with your legs may be enough to increase blood flow and prevent a decline in cardiovascular function.
